Loving Doodle: A F1 Labradoodle Breeder who Breeds with Health and Temperament as our Top Priority

We believe that the first priority of any reputable F1 Labradoodle breeder is raising healthy puppies.

  • This is why we perform rigorous testing on all of our parents and only breed health tested parents.  We breed our parents with care and ensure that proper health tests have been completed to ensure genetically healthy puppies.

  • Our parents are OFA hip tested, OFA elbow tested, dna tested and have annual checkups with our vet.

  • We believe that we have a responsibility to raise healthy pups and to make sure that you do not have expensive care for preventable conditions that are the result of our breeding decisions.  As such, we offer a 24 month genetic health guarantee for all of our puppies, so that if any conditions are found, we will replace your puppy or help you pay the bills.

Along with health testing, we also breed and raise our F1 Labradoodle puppies with intention.  While the parents clearly influence the temperament of the puppies, we have found that lots of interaction, exposure to new things and to different noises, has a tremendous impact on their temperament and their ability to easily adapt to a new home.

Loving Doodle: We are a F1 Labradoodle Breeder Committed to Raising Our Puppies in the Heart of our Home

We believe that as an F1 Labradoodle Breeder committed to raising great family dogs, that we must provide the environment, structure and attention that they need to easily transition from our home to yours. We believe that being a F1 Labradoodle breeder who is focused on  "Family Raising" our puppies makes a lasting imprint.  Our F1 Labradoodle puppies are raised right in the midst of our daily family life. They are part of toddler story time and dance parties, they hear our kids practice their piano and their basketball dribbling.  If we have a family movie night, they puppies get to enjoy that family experience too.  We love the outdoors and get our puppies outside whenever we can.

We are an F1 Labradoodle breeder who starts our puppies "education" when they are only a few days old, with ENS and ESI protocols. From there, we believe in early potty training, gentle crate acclimation and lots of real family interactions and purposeful socialization for our F1 Labradoodle puppies.

By raising our puppies as part of our family, we truly prepare them to become a part of your family.

Loving Doodle: We are a F1 Labradoodle Breeder who loves getting puppies outdoors

Being a F1 Labradoodle Breeder reminds me of parenting: Everyone has their own philosophy and method that they think is the right way to breed and raise puppies. Over the last 5 years, I have spend a lot of time and effort researching different thoughts and ideals.  I have taken numerous courses on dog breeding, including Avidog, some Puppy Culture as well as talking to various breeders.

Over the years, I have seen breeders who keep their puppies in a strictly sterile environment.  They do not take them outdoors and they are very conscientious that no germs reach their puppies.  For me, I believe that germs are necessary for building long-term healthy immune systems.  Now of course, I am conscientious of Parvo and Distember and we do take measures to ensure that our puppies are NOT exposed to them.  But, I believe that a bit of dirt and a lot of sunshine, are important for puppies.  Walking on dirt is good for their immune system development as their is microbiome in the soil that helps immune systems and it is also important for their footpad and joint development.

Walking on different surfaces, helps puppies with the development of their sensory system.  I know that some breeders only allow them on concrete and others put down rugs to keep them out of the dirt.  While we do give them opportunities to walk on concrete and rugs, we believe that contact with the bare ground is good for their overall development.

Fresh air and sunshine always help my kids to be healthier and sleep better.  I follow this same philosophy for my puppies.  Now of course, they do not start going outdoors too early.  Usually we start outside in small windows around when the puppies are 4 weeks old.  In the summer we are careful to avoid overheating and the puppies only go outdoors in the early morning or after the sun has gone down.

We also give them access, with supervision to a shallow swimming pool and tubs of fresh water, so that they can play in the water.  As well, we enjoy taking them on adventure tours of our acre property, especially since many of our Labradoodle families love taking their dogs hiking, camping, fishing, and swimming.
